What is the return/refund policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, let us know and we’ll do our best to work with you to make it right.
If you do wish to make a return we can absolutely help you with that as long as you return the clothing not damaged and it is in it's original packaging. Of course you can exchange! If your vest does not fit you, we can exchange it for a different size.
We do aim to please all our customers, but if your EMBER Clothing does not meet your needs you can return it to us for a full refund, within 30 days of purchasing.
Can I machine wash EMBER Clothing
Yes you can! Included in each order is a guide on how to wash and look after your EMBER Clothing. For more information see the video below
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. We aim to send out all orders out that come in before 12 pm the same day! Orders placed after 12 pm usually are dispatched the next business day. If for some reason, on the rare occasion your order has been delayed we will notify you as soon as possible to let you know.
